When I look into your eyes
I can see a love restrained
But darlin' when I hold you
Don't you know I feel the same
'Cause nothin' lasts forever
And we both know hearts can change
And it's hard to hold a candle
In the cold November rain

Dead calm, false alarm;
Feeble minds doth thy queen charm.
A self-delusioned queen fall from grace,
Consumed by shame, gone without a trace.
What about "lost the race"?
Do you feel the tremors? Or the "palpitations"?
Take my hand and whisk me away
Fly me to the moon and stars (<- lifted from a friend)
Everytime before the exams come I wish I could spread wings and fly. Except that the only wings I can lay my hands on are those of chicken and *ermz* sanitary napkins (damn blahdee too).
I've been playing Linkin Park the whole day. A whole week in fact. Just blasting it over and over again, the way Perfect 10 pisses the hell outta everyone with Bring Me To Life.
"I kept everything inside and even though I tried it all fell apart
What it meant to me will eventually be a memory of a time when I tried so hard
And got so far
But in the end
It doesn't even matter
I had to fall
To lose it all
But in the end
It doesn't even matter"
Does it matter?
If I falter?
Nah! Just move on with life with speed full throttle.

Inspired by one who wishes to meet Queen Akasha. After the first few lines, the poem doesn't quite seem to capture Akasha's majesty anymore. Ah wells... =)
Made some changes to the original posted up a few days ago. It seems to flow better now, to me at least.
Queen of the Damned O Queen!
What angel art thou who ruleth in the night
Fair is the countenance that ancient songs recite
What fools filthy mortals art, entrapp’d under thy spell
Thou art Nosferatu’s mistress, gracin’ the depths of hell!
Yet damn'd behind Eros' gate, claret tears will fall
Where wilt thou highness find thy worthy paramour
O, what men dare do! What men may do!
Fragile necks shouldst thou thus chew
Thy lips be stain’d with crimson blood
Lilith’s wrath in Eden’s bud
Thine secrets be safely lock’d and dark
Death to those who break thy heart
